ABOUT CHELSEY

Hi! I'm Chelsey DeMatteis, Professional Personal trainer, Fitness class instructor, and CrossFit enthusiast! With these three comes one powerful mind, and body. One that I love to share with the world and most importantly to you!

I graduated from the National Personal Training Institute of Dublin,OH. I specialize in weight loss, toning, and strength programs. My favorite type of training is dynamic, adding a little bit of everything to keep my clients at their peak! I thought I had a pretty good routine going with my own workout plan. But, after working with Chelsey, I discovered things I did not know and within two weeks, I noticed real changes going on.
